Full sausage: sausage dishes in Moscow restaurants

Even though our school days are behind us, nostalgia for those days lingers in the air every September. We also associate school with the food in the cafeteria, which for some reason mostly serves sausages. And although we now have eight-hour study days instead of seven, and weekly reports instead of tests, it doesn’t hurt to have a long break instead of lunch.

Currywurst at Ø36 Kebab

Currywurst is an iconic German snack made with pork sausage. Even if it’s not the case in the school canteen, that’s no reason not to include this dish in our selection. Moreover, age now allows you to order something frothy as a pairing. So, the perfect currywurst was found at the Ø36 Kebab café, which serves authentic Berlin cuisine. Here, the sliced sausage is served in a traditional tomato curry sauce, accompanied by fries and tartar sauce. It looks so filling that it could easily become a full school lunch.
