If you are dreaming of a vacation this summer, this is not a reason to refuse to travel. And even if it is very short. It is believed that the best way to reboot is to change the environment. Therefore, when the summer seems to be in vain and life is a clot of continuous dark colors, take a day off and go to a new place for a few days. After all, sometimes the green corridor is the solution to all the problems that can arise in difficult periods of life.
This selection includes five countries where vacations are ideal if you decide to take an unplanned mini-vacation. By the way, all these destinations do not require visas or transfers, and you must admit that this is a rarity today.
Türkiye

For those who do not like beach holidays, Turkey is not an obvious holiday destination. However, when it comes to a short trip, there is nothing better than lying on the beach and enjoying the all-inclusive system. And let’s be honest, Turkey is no longer limited to hotels covering the “beach – buffet – pool” route. For example, let’s take Bodrum, which is more like the best resort in Europe. This is a place where luxury, stylish restaurants and beach clubs are concentrated. It is ideal for those who care about filling the feed of a forbidden social network with photos of crystal blue waters and finding themselves at the same parties as the rest of the secular Moscow. A completely different Turkey is the city of Kas, which is the complete opposite of all the resorts of the country. Previously, it was only for locals, but after its photos spread on the Internet, it became clear that the city will soon become popular with tourists. Kas is literally the second Sardinia. However, here you will not find large hotels, magnificent beaches and a vibrant nightlife. Around the area there are small hotels with a homely atmosphere, a large number of restaurants and souvenir shops.
Dubai

Not everyone dares to go to Dubai in the summer. Still, surviving in forty-degree heat is quite a challenge. But even this is worth looking for its advantages: there are not many tourists at this time, and prices for air tickets and hotels are three times lower than in the high season. So, if a trip to Dubai is not the main dream of your life, but just a sign, then feel free to plan a trip here for the weekend. This time is enough to explore local attractions, walk around the shopping mall and, to put it mildly, be surprised at the prices of everything around. For example, during the day you can calmly walk around all shopping malls and museums (or other places where there is air conditioning), but after lunch go to the beach or the pool – just do not forget about SPF protection . It is impossible to live without it under such a scorching sun. And yes, if you suddenly fly to Dubai for the first time in the summer season, then refrain from the maximum program and postpone your visit to the desert. The temperature here reaches +50 °C. So if you have never been a Bedouin, you do not need to start.
Uzbekistan

This year, Uzbekistan has become a real tourist treasure. Moreover, it is surprising that the influx of Russian travelers is not only in the capital Tashkent, but also in other beautiful cities of the eastern country – Bukhara and Samarkand. By the way, the latter is considered the most vibrant city of Uzbekistan. After all, it is Registan Square that is depicted in all guidebooks of this country. But this is not the only city worth seeing. For example, Bukhara is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, so it is best to take a walk in the historical part of the city (believe me, there is something to see). Among the places to visit are the monumental Ark fortress, the Lyabi-Khauz architectural ensemble with the Kukeldash madrasah, and the Samanid mausoleum in the central park of culture and recreation.
Georgia

With the Russian authorities resuming direct flights to Georgia, life has become much better for travelers. However, the ticket prices still leave much to be desired. Therefore, keep a useful life hack from The Fashion Vibes editors. If you do not buy a direct ticket to Tbilisi, but fly to Vladikavkaz and from there drive to the Georgian border in a few hours, you can save twice as much. The 199-kilometer distance from Vladikavkaz to Tbilisi can be covered in five hours by car. However, the exact time depends on how long you will be at the border. The time it takes to complete it is unpredictable; you can get through it very quickly or stop there for a few hours. But we are sure that Georgia, especially its gastronomic part, is worth it. If you love the mountains, be sure to visit Kazbek; it is full of popular hotels with wonderful views and local cuisine. If you are a big fashionista, be sure to leave some space in your bag for shopping in Tbilisi. We have not seen so many fashionable local brands for a long time.
Armenia

Another favorite destination for Russian tourists, which is ideal for a weekend getaway, is Armenia. As the accessibility of Europe decreases, the country has become one of the most popular destinations for short trips. For example, Yerevan itself can usually be explored in two days, and if you really try, then in one. Therefore, it is best to go closer to the mountains – there is definitely somewhere to go. In general, if you want to fit it into a weekend, it is better to divide the trip as follows: devote the first day to the capital, and plan a trip to the legendary ancient temples and the lake on the remaining days. But this is only possible if you are ready to follow the classic tourist program. If such a vacation is not for you, then feel free to stay in Yerevan and explore the city from all sides: try the local cuisine in local restaurants, go to the city market and do not forget to check out the city’s nightlife. The parties in the capital of Armenia are what you need.
