6 Things That Make Millennials Angry. Spoiler: Don’t Invite Them to Your Party

When millennials (1981 to 1996) were growing up, seeing psychologists was out of fashion. So they learned to deal with emotions on their own. We don’t want to say that millennials are more emotional than Zoomers, but there are moments that can make them angry.

Loud parties and concerts

We won’t speak for everyone. But millennials mostly don’t like wasting time traveling to stadiums and concert venues. Moreover, they don’t want to gather in a large group at someone’s house and stay up late. After all, we have to go to work tomorrow… And we shouldn’t break the regime.

Abundance of unnecessary information

Millennials, accustomed to getting information from trusted sources, are now tired of the fact that every person can become a “highly qualified expert” by taking a lesson from another expert on the internet or reading an article by a little-known blogger.

The arrogance of the zoomers

I’ve heard it many times from friends who complain about the younger generation being overly zealous in their own right. If being older doesn’t mean being smarter, you might hear from a closer who doesn’t want to follow in someone’s footsteps.

Gadget update

Buying a new device is stressful for millennials. They don’t want to figure it all out again because they’re used to their environment. It will take time to learn how to use a new gadget. And millennials don’t like to wait.

Control

Millennials don’t want anyone watching how they do their job. They can handle the task themselves. Constant reminders will only irritate them.

Poor working conditions

For millennials, recognition is important. They want to join a friendly team where the manager respects the interests of his employees. Many of them are not ready to tolerate disrespect, even for the sake of a big salary.

We’ve previously put together a list of age-revealing phrases that will help you figure out which generation you belong to: Zoomer, Millennial, Xer, or Boomer.
