Agree, making a good dessert is not an easy task. You need to weigh the pros and cons, decide how sweet, high-calorie or, conversely, healthy it should be. And most importantly – it is so unusual that I would like to constantly photograph it. Overall, this is still a problem. But there are people who deal with it with a bang.

Personally, we always remember their sweet spot in the editorial office. In the meantime, they even created a special section. Below are our favourites.

Stanislav Kormanovskaya, Kalabasa

If you haven’t been to Kalabasa yet, we highly recommend planning a visit there next weekend. By the way, the author of this text, indifferent to sweets, literally became addicted to “Cheese Napoleon”. But if the cakes didn’t surprise you, there’s a huge selection of macarons, homemade desserts, and other sweets on display that you just can’t pass up.

Julia Posazhennikova, Buro.Tsum, Grace Bistro

The most well-known dessert in Moscow was found in the French restaurant Buro.Tsum. And yes, we mean that very pink boxer worth ordering, at least to comply with the content schedule on social networks. Includes yuzu mousse, almond biscuits, strawberry lemonade and pink chocolate velvet.

Alena Ofitserova, Greeks

If you’re a fan of chocolate cake, don’t hesitate to head over to The Greeks for a try, performed by pastry chef Alena Ofitserova. By the way, the dessert is prepared here with gluten-free biscuits and almond flour with hazelnut and cinnamon. Then add the chocolate ganache and orange marmalade. But the main thing is that the cake is served with gold. So before you eat everything, take a photo as a souvenir.

Alexander Dovletov, Burgundy, Meraki

So, which dessert other than baklava can you try at a Middle Eastern restaurant? However, Maroon pastry chef Alexander Dovletov came up with a more original solution and prepared baklava cheesecake. How do you like this? The top of the dough is decorated with cream cheese and cream halva, and then decorated with crushed pistachios.
