Under the direction of Anton Schetchikov (former Marso Polo chef, Fresa’s), the kitchen is based on Italian specialties and seasonal produce. And most importantly – this place will not leave any of your subscribers indifferent. The interior of the Mercado is so diverse that you can come here instead of the Hermitage.

Birch is a gastronomic restaurant of modern cuisine at affordable prices and with up to four chefs. And for the second time this year won the main prize of the WhereToEat Russia award. Only a miracle will help occupy a table at Birch every day. But believe me, it’s worth the wait. Every dish here deserves not only to be eaten, but also to be photographed from every angle.

Kuznyahouse
The restaurant and club in the old forge building in New Holland surprises guests with a menu of simple and straightforward food and the best comfort-food traditions. The main focus is on local vegetables. After midnight, the tables and chairs in the main hall of the restaurant are cleared and turn into a club where parties are held on weekends. And every summer, the guys from Kuznyahouse open the sailing season. You can relax and drink cocktails on the sun loungers on the upper deck, and dine to the fullest on the lower deck.

“Garden”
“Sad” – a restaurant with a veranda and an apple orchard in the garden. You won’t find a better place for minimalist photos. The head of the kitchen is Andrey Krasov, known for his Moscow projects Lucky Izakaya Bar, Eva. The menu is simple food for every day. Be sure to try the freshly baked pita with white cheese and spinach mousse, tongue carpaccio with tuna fish sauce, crab fritters, octopus with yogurt sauce, tomatoes and herbs, boiled condensed milk foam with strawberries and ice cream.

Cafe Burgundy
Cafe Claret is a restaurant in the Helvetia Hotel. The menu features classic European cuisine from chef Alexander Bogdanov. We prefer truffle and cheese donuts, venison with root vegetable cream and of course Cafe Claret’s signature tiramisu. Thin cake dipped in delicate cream and coffee – this is a match made in heaven. By the way, we recommend arriving early because Claret’s regulars tear this place apart very quickly.
