As a matter of fact, it is not necessary to be hungry or eat only buckwheat and salad without sauce to lose weight. It is enough to adjust the diet a little, giving up some products.

First of all, of course, you should stay away from sugar. Not only does it have no nutritional value, it also “displaces” the nutrients necessary for the normal functioning of the body. Next up are semi-finished products. INSIDE in most cases they contain low quality meat and offal. They also have a lot of salt, and this is an additional burden for the kidneys.

But the list doesn’t end there. Ksenia Selezneva, a nutritionist at the European Medical Center, tells about other products that you should refuse if you want to lose weight by the summer.

Any vegetable oil, even the most useful, for example, raw pressed linseed or olive, is the most high-calorie product. Therefore, you need to season the dishes with oils in moderation – no more than two or three tablespoons per day, and frying is not recommended at all.

Jerusalem artichoke, maple and agave syrups are high in calories and contribute to a sharp jump in blood glucose and insulin, which leads to a set of fat masses. The best source of sweet taste is berries and fruits. They also contain sugar, but they are natural. In addition, berries and fruits contain dietary fiber, antioxidants and other beneficial substances.

Here it is worth being careful. Bread made from real whole grain flour is healthy. But the one with the highest initial content or premium flour is definitely not useful for reducing body weight.
