“It’s much creamier and much tastier than a regular cookie and cream drink,” Bec said.

Ingredients for the drink are Cookies and Cream Thrive Protein, vanilla frozen yogurt, two chocolate chip cookies and unsweetened chocolate syrup.

Bec first pours frozen yogurt, cookies and cream protein, a glass of ice cream, 100ml of water, and a chocolate chip cookie into a NutriBullet and mixes it together.

Then Bec took a tall glass and sprinkled it with chocolate syrup before pouring the drink and finishing it off with another chocolate cake.
