Hooponopono is a really difficult and fun word to pronounce. But it is also a cool practice based on reconciliation and forgiveness. By mastering the ancient Hawaiian technique, you will find peace and inner harmony, and you will also be able to let go of anger and get rid of bad thoughts.

A person’s negative attitude towards himself, others and nature makes him vulnerable to a variety of problems, from illness to relationship problems. Hooponopono is responsible for restoring balance and restoring lost health, luck and happiness.

Who came up with it and where does such a complex name come from? Initially, the practice was only used by Hawaiian shamans to maintain harmony in an isolated society. The term “hoooponopono” comes from a combination of two words: “hoo“- make, build, manage; “pono– harmony, order, balance. Thus, it turns out to “set order” in a literal translation.

And later, famous author, propagandist and motivator Joe Vitale wrote the book “Living Without Borders” about the practice and glorified it all over the world:

I am sad. You ask forgiveness for imperfect thoughts. By repeating the forgiving affirmation, you stop blaming other people or random events.

Thank you. This is a call to the universe. Thank a higher power for the opportunity to live in the here and now. Words of gratitude open up new possibilities. They contain strong positive energy. The universe will hear your thoughts and will meet you when the right moment comes.

I love you. By saying these words you open your heart and allow positive energy to enter your life. Love the people around you, get rid of feelings of superiority, disgust, hatred. Love clears negative attitudes of the past, resets you – this is the starting point of miracles and the moment of transformation.
All these sentences need to be pronounced consciously. Have you had a fight with a friend? Pause and think:
