Many horrors, sequels to the cult series and the same Russian movie shot in space – what will we watch this spring?
“Creed – 3” (March 1)
In the third installment of the series, Adonis Creed is back and more popular than ever. And all is well for him until he meets an old childhood friend, Damian “The Lady” Anderson, a boxer friend coming to claim his crown.
“Unscrupulous in the Village” (March 2)
The feature-length version of the TV show that was hit on big screens. General Khadyakov (Nikolai Fomenko) is 60 years old and decides to celebrate his anniversary not in the Patriarchate, but in a real Russian village – with full immersion, a festive meal, a bath, fishing and a village spa. All favorite characters are on the guest list, but the holiday, of course, does not go according to plan.
“65” (March 9)
Fantastic action movie from the authors of “A Quiet Place” starring Adam Driver. An astronaut who crashes on an unknown planet quickly discovers that he was actually stranded on Earth 65 million years ago. Now, with a single chance of escape, he and the last survivor must traverse an unknown territory infested with dangerous creatures.
“The Scream – 6” (March 10)
Missing Wednesday star Jenna Ortega? The actor, who made a name for himself at the end of last year, returns to the screens with the sixth episode of the cult Wes Craven series. Slasher will be set outside Woodsboro for the first time and move to New York, but Ghostface will even find the main characters here.
“Szam! Wrath of the Gods (March 17)
The sequel to perhaps the funniest movie in the DC Universe, about a teenager who can transform into a superhero with the help of a magic word at critical moments. This time, along with his adopted siblings, Atlas needs to defeat his daughters – they were played by Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, Rachel Zegler.
John Wick 4 (March 23)
The fourth installment of the series will see how the legendary assassin travels the world and hunts down the leaders of the underworld. In general, action is provided.
“Good Man” (March 24)
Florence Pugh in Zach Braff’s drama about a girl who gives herself a chance at a new life years after a fatal accident.
“Renfield” (April 5)
Comedy horror with Nicholas Hoult and Nicolas Cage, a duo we don’t represent in a single movie. This is the story of how a loyal ally of Count Dracula tries to settle in New Orleans, but the former master doesn’t seem too happy with this alliance.
“The Shadow of Caravaggio” (April 6)
An incredibly beautiful film about the Italian painter Michelangelo Caravaggio, the founder of realism in painting, one of the greatest masters of the Baroque style, and a reformer of 17th-century European painting. The events in the film tell how the artist, who was accused of murdering a rival and sentenced to death, fled from Rome to Naples.
Super Mario Brothers. Movie” (April 7)
The cult video game for Nintendo has a full meter. The Plumber fights his enemy, saves the Mushroom Kingdom and the princess. By the way, the main characters were voiced by Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy and Seth Rogen.
“The Fight” (April 12)
Klim Shipenko’s same drama with Yulia Peresild was filmed in space. This is a story about a surgeon who has to go to the ISS in a month to prepare for a space flight and save an astronaut. Will it be successful?
“Rise of the Evil Dead” (April 21)
“The Other” author Lee Cronin is at the head of Sam Raimi’s iconic series. Beth (Lily Sullivan) visits her older sister, Ellie (Alyssa Sutherland), who is raising three children by herself. Soon after, she discovers an ancient book that summons evil demons.
“Party” (April 21)

This is the third film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel of the same name, about writer Ben Mears who returns to his hometown and learns that vampires now live there. The new adaptation is directed by Annabelle 3 director Gary Dauberman and stars Lewis Pullman.
“Guardians of the Galaxy. Part 3” (May 5)
Peter Quill still can’t come to terms with the loss of Gamora and embarks on another mission to protect the universe with the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Fast & Furious 10 (May 19)
The finale of the cinema world’s main auto saga has been split into two parts, and we’ll see the first one this spring (the latter will have to wait until February next year). Jason Momoa and Brie Larson have joined the classic cast in the person of Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Charlize Theron and others, but other details about Fast & Furious’s anniversary are still being kept secret.
“The Little Mermaid” (May 26)
A sensational full-length remake of one of the iconic Disney cartoons even before its premiere. Rob Marshall, known to the audience with “Chicago”, took the director’s chair and the main role is played by Halle Bailey. By the way, her father – King Triton – was played by Javier Bardem and Ursula – Melissa McCarthy.
