A Kate Middleton impersonator, who recently went viral on TikTok, revealed that she’s signed up to play the royal role on The Crown.
Brittany Dixon, an Australian artist, created her account on the social media platform to promote her artwork, but many of her followers quickly noticed her odd resemblance to the Duchess of Cambridge.
It followed reports that Netflix producers were looking for a “fantastic” actress to play young Kate in the sixth season of the historical drama.
Following the news, Brittany was flooded with messages from TikTok users telling her to apply for the role – and after the tip, the artist revealed she had applied.
Brittany explains the application process in one of her TikTok videos, explains how she was asked to submit a selfie, some background information, and a 30-second video about “something you love.”

Following the news, Brittany was flooded with messages from TikTok users telling her to apply for the role – and after the tip, the artist revealed she had applied.
When Brittany shared videos of herself, she was soon flooded with comments comparing herself to the royal family: “Wow, the likeness [to Kate] Amazing.’
Others tagged him in comments suggesting he ran for The Crown, one person insisted, “You look more like him than anyone else people have tagged.”
The third added: “Wow, you two look so alike. Now I understand why it has always seemed so familiar to me.
When she shared videos of herself, Brittany (pictured in a video next to Kate’s photo) was quickly inundated with comments comparing her to royalty: “Wow, the resemblance [to Kate] Amazing.’
After being told to subscribe to The Crown, the artist (pictured) announced I “APPLY MEN” and promised to keep her followers updated after the clip went viral with over 300,000 views.
One quarter wrote: ‘So funny, you [and Kate] they look like sisters, but many continued to encourage her to apply for the role of The Crown.
Later, she announced “MEN I TREAT” and promised to keep her followers updated after the clip went viral with over 300,000 views.
Explaining the application process, he added: “I didn’t expect this video to get this much attention.
Answer: TikTok users (above) were quick to compare the artist to the Duchess of Cambridge
In response to Brittany’s announcement, one person (above) wrote: “Oh my God, I’m so concerned now. I hope you get the part.”
“I finally applied, they just wanted a selfie, some background information, and a 30-second video where I talk about something I love.
“Of course I mentioned the painting, let’s see how it goes, if they see it,” he concluded. “Anyway, thanks for being so kind guys, get back to the painting”.
Commenting on the clip, one person said, “Oh my god, I’m so involved now. I hope you get the part.”
