An SUV is also for the city

The new Jeep Avenger offers a fresh and innovative take on what a compact SUV should offer. Designed and manufactured in the Old Continent, it is designed for an active clientele looking for a fresh and attractive vehicle, with perfect size for the cityequipped with advanced technologies, with a large and well-used interior space that is also a robust and reliable adventure companion.

The 100% electric version, a first in the brand’s range in Europe, offers the freedom to move around the center of major cities, which distinguishes it from ‘zero emission’ vehicles. Its 400 V engine develops 156 hp, with a maximum torque of 260 Nm for a range of 400 km, according to the WLTP protocol, which can reach up to up to 550km on purely urban routes. Some numbers that become the perfect ally for the concrete jungle. In addition, it is also available with an agile and efficient 120 HP 1.2 Turbo petrol engine.

With its compact dimensions, its length of 4.08 m and its short overhangs, the Avenger is distinguished by its attack angles (20º), ventral (20º) and departure angles (32º) that make it a true Jeep in its off-road performance. However, these heights can also be useful in the city, to safely overcome steep parking ramps or sloping streets.

The 100% SUV character of the new Jeep Avenger also represents a whole advantage in all types of city driving. This car carries all of Jeep’s DNA in its compact dimensions, with its legendary seven-slot grille and bulging, trapezoidal wheel arches that give it a solid, rugged look.

Its off-road vocation is also reflected in the moldings and protection elements that cover both the underside and the entire perimeter of the vehicle, and the headlights, which are also streamlined and set high. This 360º shield protects against small stones and bumps on rough roads, as well as low-speed collisions, which are the cause of 70% of body damage in Europe. With specific coatings in critical areas such as the doors, the new Jeep Avenger can drive out of an off-road driveway or underground parking garage without a scratch.

The Avenger’s idyll with the big city is reflected in its driver assistance features. It has Traffic Jam Assistant, Blind Spot Detection, 360º parking sensors and a rear view camera that displays the vehicle’s surroundings from a drone view.

In terms of connectivity, the Jeep Avenger Launch Edition features Uconnect 10 technology with a touchscreen and 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, as well as a wireless smartphone charging system.
