A royal expert has said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should not come to the Queen’s platinum anniversary celebrations to stop the endless speculation surrounding the event. Richard Eden, editor of the Daily Mail, says they should “stay away.”
“I’m under the impression that Harry and Meghan love all the speculation about whether they will come on her anniversary. What are the beautiful celebrations of the Queen’s surprisingly long reign, did something from this saga instead happen or they won’t? Who cares? Honestly stay away,” the royal talk says. “They want us to go into this speculation for as long as possible,” he told the show Palace Confidential.

“Since Prince Harry has built such a wall of grudges against these people, I suspect that will always be a stumbling block when it comes to improving relations with family members,” she says. “Because there is so much distrust and discontent with the people around him.”
Daily Mail editor Richard Kay says these quarrels, which should have been a year of celebration for Her Majesty, have once again hurt the queen.
“I think it’s tragic for him. “The last thing he wants is these stubborn and hard fights with his grandchildren and family,” he said. “They had so many problems in the ’90s that they hoped they’d be left behind, but it’s somehow worse and it must have been really hard for him and pretty desperate.”
