Spoilers beware! The third season of Emily in Paris, which we’ve been wildly waiting for, has arrived today. However, it was learned that the main cliffhanger this season came as a huge shock even for Lily Collins, who played the main character Emily.
“Thank God there will be a fourth season,” Lily said. “Because going to the finals would be a gift knowing we’re going to deal with these chasms,” the actress told PEOPLE at the show’s New York premiere.

“And if we didn’t understand that, I think we’d all have panic attacks,” he added.
In season three, Emily will be faced with many choices, including her career and love life. All this will lead to a very unexpected ending.

While Emily’s ride in Paris is more of a rollercoaster ride, Collins enjoys watching her character grow over the seasons: “I love how she calms down and becomes more confident about herself, her surroundings, her friends, and your job. She makes decisions. She’s loyal to her path.”
If you remember in the last episode, Emily had a choice: build a career in Chicago or stay in Paris. So, judging by the first frames of the third season, the main character accepted Sylvie’s offer and continued to work in France. Meanwhile, her London boyfriend Alfie also stayed with her. But something tells us that Gabriel won’t work without scandals with his ex.
