With stories of women miniseries on Instagram, wanted to reach another audience away from the cinemas: “The fact that the show is in Paris rules out a lot. Rehabilitating the women of history
The idea was born from a harsh observation:
“I realized that if someone had asked me for three names of women known in history a few years ago, I would have mentioned Marie Antoinette, Joan of Arc and Sappho…and her again, just because she is a lesbian! I realized that not having enough knowledge and I found it terrible that as a woman I could not name more than three girls in history! »
From a medieval peasant girl to World War I ammunition, she humorously and lightly displays stories that have often remained private. “Having unknown characters was very important to me.
