Netflix and Paramount+ UK profile “Pattern Caller”

Netflix and Paramount+ have released a true-crime documentary for the first time that tells the story of the comic book-seeking caller in the US. Paramount+ has UK rights to Perverse: The Search for the Patrolman Caller and Netflix has the rest of the world on the docket it will call Don’t answer the phone. The deal is believed to be the first time two streamers in the UK and around the world have collaborated in this way. The doctor tells the shocking story of a fake caller who targets fast food restaurants across the United States. The caller, posing as a police officer investigating a theft, instructed managers to search the young female employees he identified as suspects. What began as a humiliating search for a comic escalated into sexual abuse for many of the victims.

Canada’s TVOKids is looking for Down syndrome in the animated series Griffin And Turner

EXCLUSIVE: Ontario, Canada TVOkids and Big Jump Entertainment are working on 2D animated series Griffin and Turner. Based on the real-life Canadian brothers who have a significant online following, the show follows the supportive couple as they, their friends and family face personal challenges, but focus on the journey rather than winning. Turner has Down syndrome and TVOKids executive producer Kirsten Hurd noted that the series was developed in consultation with the Down syndrome community. Manufacturer Big Jump is behind programs such as shutter error and Big words, small stories.

London gets takeover by One Piece Film Red after record withdrawal

To celebrate the record catch of One-piece foil red In the UK, the Straw Hat Pirates are set to take over iconic London venues on November 26th. Distributed locally by Anime Limited and Toei Animation, the cast and memorable scenes from the series will be projected onto the County Hall of London, opposite the London Eye and other key locations. One Piece Film: Red has grossed more than £800,000 in the UK and Ireland since its release earlier this month, making it the biggest of the long-running franchise.
