But given his behavior and seeming irrationality, anything from custody to property division can be controversial,” said one of the lawyers. He advises Kanye to clear his head and come to the next hearing, or he’ll be in big trouble.
“The judge is serious about avoiding testimony during a trial, especially if it’s a repeated offence. If Kanye refuses to testify, the judge may impose monetary sanctions on him, forcing him to pay attorney fees,” the lawyer added. It is reported that the next hearing will be held on 29 November.
