Eric Johnson, Martin Kove and Kevin Nash are set for action flick Fight Another Day as filming begins in Toronto

EXCLUSIVE: Kemodo Entertainment and High Star Entertainment have announced the start of filming on an action movie in Toronto Fight another day.

Eric Johnson (Fifty tones darker, viking) plays a bad cop who is transported to a dystopian future where he is forced to enter a deadly fighting tournament to return to his past.

He will be in Martin Kove (The Karate Kid) and Kevin Nash (The Punisher, John Wick).

The independent production will also feature a cast of iconic UFC fighters, including Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell and “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” Ken Shamrock.

James Mark, whose credits include action-packed sci-fi thrillers Cheque and strengthenalso directed and co-wrote with Matthew K. Nayman.

The project is produced by Bruno Marino (stuck, Uncharted: The Fan Film) at the film and television company High Star Entertainment with Mark’s Kemodo Entertainment.

“James has years of stunt action films behind him,” said Marino. “He has earned the legs working on several Hollywood productions and will entertain audiences with his unique fight/action sequences.”

Independent film production company Kemodo Entertainment specializes in the action genre and has its own action team of Hollywood stunt professionals.

The earlier credits include Chequedistributed by Saban Films in the US and levelFILM in Canada, and strengthen distributed by Vertical Entertainment in the US.
