To reduce it and take advantage of good regular plans, the SNCF nevertheless offers three Advantage cards: young people, adults and seniors, which allow you to travel in France and Europe at lower prices.

SNCF Advantage cards at half price
With a Youth Advantage Card (12-27 years old), Adult (for 27-59 years old) or Elderly (for the over 60s), purchase the following reductions for one year:
- Price limits for 2nd class tickets TGV Inoui or Intercité (39€ maximum for journeys of less than 1h30, 59€ maximum for journeys of 1h30 to 3 hours and 79€ maximum for journeys longer than 3 hours), regardless of the day or time of the reservation.
- 30% reduction on the ticket price all year round, for you and for an accompanying adult (and -60% on tickets for 3 companions aged 4 to 11). Caution: these reductions concern one-way tickets on Saturday or Sunday, one-way tickets on weekdays with a child and trips round trip including at least the night of Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- 30% discount for rides in Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
- Discounts on TER trips only in some regions.
- Discounts on various SNCF services: -15% on the bar car, on the Mes Bagagli service and on AVIS rentals.
Tip: You can choose to activate your Advantage card up to 5 months after purchase. So you can take advantage of the offer even if yours is still valid!
For €24.50 instead of €49, it’s worth it!
