“My aim is real,” he told the jury. “I myself have never gone so far as to hit Miss Heard, and I have never hit a woman in my life,” Depp said.
The actor also said that at first everything was “too good to be true”. Depp even described a strange “ritual” that Amber does every night. The actress took off her shoes and handed him a glass of wine. But one day Depp took off his shoes by himself, which made his wife almost hysterical: She was shaking from a disrupted routine.
