If you don’t want to go downtown for lunch on the weekend, we know what to do. The famous restaurant Hamster has relocated and is now ready to welcome its guests in Snegiri Eco, one of the most beautiful metropolitan residential complexes in the southwest of Moscow.
The menu features European cuisine with a Pan-Asian accent. For example, salmon ceviche is served here with mango (900 rubles), cooked crab phalanx with ginger sauce (2300 rubles), and fish soup is served with a cutlet of five kinds of fish and seasoned with saffron (690 rubles).
Unconditional hits of the restaurant are preserved in the new menu: these are crab/duck/salmon from the oven (770/550/650 rubles), scallop tartare with cucumber and avocado (790 rubles), crispy pancakes with branded hamster-steak. The new Hamster restaurant turned out to be environmentally friendly, bright and conducive to relaxation. The atmosphere of the place creates the most comfortable atmosphere. The interiors are dominated by warm colors, the furniture is upholstered with felt, and the decoration uses eco-leather, marble and wood – all this is combined with soft, gentle light and pleasant music. Beautiful views from the panoramic windows of the quiet green courtyard, the proximity of the nature reserve “Valley of the Setun River” and the Mosfilm Pond create the feeling of a real country vacation.
A new place to meet friends may be appropriate. The restaurant’s cocktail menu includes more than 60 items, 9 of which are specials. Only homemade tinctures and natural ingredients are used for preparation.
