Ingredients for the goat cheese tart and caramelized onions
- 3 red onions
- 1 log and a half of goat cheese
- 1 puff pastry
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of red wine (optional but always better)
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 15 walnuts (about ten)
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Recipe for caramelized goat and onion pie

- Start by cutting the onions into strips.
- In a pan, heat a little olive oil. When hot, keep the heat over medium heat and add the onions.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, pepper, wine and maple syrup. Let it simmer like this until the onions are lightly caramelized.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray and prick it with a fork.
