Cuba Gooding Jr. Makes No-Jail Pact In Sexual Abuse Case – Update

Updated, 12:50 pm: Cuba Gooding Jr. entered into a plea deal with prosecutors to avoid going to jail for her arrest in June 2019 on sexual assault charges. Previously, October 31, 2019: Cuba Gooding Jr. was acquitted today in a Manhattan court of a new criminal charge of forced contact. The next date in Gooding’s court is January 22, when Judge Kurt Farber will consider the motion for prosecution and defense, which will be heard on November 18 and answered on December 9.
