The Pop & Psy Festival, from 7 to 9 October at Ground Control
This festival was co-founded by psychiatrist Jean-Victor Blanc, former author of Addicts: understanding new addictions and breaking freeas well as Pop & Psy – How Pop Culture Helps Us Understand Mental Disorders. In the program of this event: several talks and round tables (on addictions, the future of mental health, delusional melancholy, coming out, eco-anxiety, trauma or even schizophrenia), but also a number of cabarets of Madame Arthur, a Barbara Butch DJ Set, or even yoga, a story of mind and body alignment.

The purpose of this festival? It uses pop culture to embody this misunderstood argument, with a light and inclusive tone to play down issues and present role models as a source of optimism. Because it affects us all. So three days of talking about mental health in a different way will be exciting!
