Today, Vladimir Putin has declared partial mobilization. The President of the Russian Federation and Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu made an official appeal to the citizens. 300,000 reservists will be called in during the mobilization. According to Shoigu, those who have served, have military expertise and combat experience are subject to partial mobilization. He added that there is no question of mobilizing students and conscripts.

According to the law “Mobilization training and mobilization in the Russian Federation”, citizens enrolled in the army have no right to leave their place of residence without the permission of the military commissariats.

Men who have served in the army are called first. Just over 1% of Russia’s mobilization resource (about 25 million people) is subject to partial mobilization. Alexander Tochenov, secretary of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia, explained that, according to the law, those who are limitedly fit for military service (category “B” in military ID) will not be called. Citizens with registered documents will not be mobilized, this category will be called with full mobilization.

Those called up for military service before being sent to the troops will necessarily undergo additional military training, taking into account the experience of the NWO.

Reasons for dismissal:

• By age – when the age limit for military service is reached;

• For health reasons – deemed ineligible for military service by the military medical commission, except for those who express a desire to continue serving in military positions that can be filled;

• With the entry into force of a court decision on the imposition of a sentence of deprivation of liberty.
