Emily Ratajkowski publicly supported Amber Heard after losing to Johnny Depp in a defamation lawsuit. The model posted a video on Tiktok titled “2022 and being a woman is getting even scarier”.

The video first accompanies the song with the words “I’m not afraid of lions, tigers and bears”, then a list of things that scare him appears on the screen. The sensational case of Heard and Depp mentioned there.

Depp sued Heard after he allegedly suffered domestic violence in a 2018 Washington Post article (although Depp was not named in the article, the public concluded that Johnny may have suffered from the career).

At the end of the trial in June, the jury found Heard guilty of defamation, believing he had acted in bad faith. He was ordered to pay $15 million in damages. He later stated that he could not pay this amount.

Also, Ratajkowski described the repeal of the constitutional right to abortion in the United States, the appeal of Harvey Weinstein, and the “liberation” of Shia LaBeouf as frightening.

Filmmaker Harvey Weinstein, now jailed for numerous sex offences, has been given permission to appeal his sentence. Hearings will begin in 2023.

Shia LaBeouf is also at the center of a scandal: FKA Twigs, who is dating her, has sued the actress for domestic violence, and a trial is scheduled for April next year. LaBeouf recently gave a series of interviews, which Ratajkowski calls a “liberation tour.”

The comments below the video mostly garnered Heard’s supporters, who thanked Emily for “not afraid to support Amber.”

Ratajkowski was previously an active advocate for women’s rights, supported the #MeToo movement, and also spoke out against Harvey Weinstein.

At the end of August, Emily was in the spotlight due to rumors about her romance with Brad Pitt. Information appeared on the page of a popular account with insiders about show business DeuxMoi. This information has not been confirmed yet. Shortly before these rumors surfaced, Ratajkowski broke up with her husband, Sebastian Beer-McClard, for allegedly systematically cheating.
