Discovery’s Jon Steinlauf Becomes US Advertising Sales Officer for Warner Bros. Discovery

One of the few Scripps Networks Interactive executives to rise to the top of Discovery since the company’s acquisition of Scripps, John Steinlauf, Warner Bros. It continues to grow on Discovery.

As Director of US Advertising at Discovery, Steinlauf managed sales, developed new and converging revenue streams, and oversaw research, brand marketing and entertainment, pricing and planning, and inventory control.

WarnerMedia and Discovery also set dates for pre-release shows for advertisers during the week of May 16, when other major media companies take the stage. Insiders say the combined event will now take place, most likely on May 18.
