NBC has released new details from an FBI report on the shootout between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in a private jet in 2016. The actor then accused Pitt of physical abuse against his 15-year-old son, Maddox. The couple’s other five children were also on board.

Yesterday it became known that the actress filed a lawsuit with the FBI, because the representatives of the department closed the investigation against Pitt and did not submit the case file. Journalists managed to get acquainted with the case, which included previously unpublished testimony of Jolie on the ship about this incident.

So when Jolie asked Pitt what had happened during an argument, she allegedly replied, “This kid looks like a goddamn kid from Columbine” (names were covered up in the press case file, but probably, we can only talk about Maddox. ed.).

says report.

This comment, alleged by the actor, appears to be related to the 1999 Columbine High School massacre, in which grade 12 students Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold killed 12 children and a teacher, and injured 23. In addition, the actress shouted at Jolie, saying that she “destroyed the family.”

Jolie also said there was “tension” with her then-husband, adding that Pitt’s actions made her feel “hostage” on the plane.

According to Jolie, they went to the tail of the plane in hopes of staying away from the children’s ears. Pitt then allegedly “grabbed him by the head, then grabbed him by the shoulders and shook him” before he slammed into the ceiling of the plane “about four times”.

According to the report, at least one child witnessed the conflict and asked Pitt, “Are you okay, mommy,” before yelling, “No, my mom’s not okay. This is destroying the family. She’s crazy.” she asked. When someone else on the plane replied to Pitt, “It’s not him, it’s you, asshole”, Jolie had to strangle Pitt because she looked “like she was going to attack” the boy. According to Jolie, throughout the flight, Pitt treated the children like a “monster” who was constantly complaining and shouting.

In the FBI investigation, Jolie listed $25,000 in damages, mostly caused by Pitt’s spilled red wine stains. Pitt, along with the children, “wet him and the blanket under him with beer,” according to the FBI report.

The actor claims to have bruises on his back and elbow, as well as abrasions on his arm. Pitt, on the other hand, only received a “scratch” during the incident and, as he wrote, “may have come from it.”

According to the report, Jolie said that when the plane landed, Pitt allegedly exploded and they could not get out of the cabin:

Five weeks after the flight, federal prosecutors announced that they would not bring any charges against Pitt. The actor’s representatives later denied all accusations of physical violence.

Initially, a new lawsuit was filed anonymously against the FBI, but journalists managed to find out that the plaintiff was Jolie. At the time of filing, the lead attorney representing the plaintiff, Amanda Kramer, told Politico that her client filed the lawsuit anonymously to “protect the family’s privacy”.

The lawsuit alleges that the woman’s children suffered “long-term physical and mental trauma” after being subjected to “verbal and physical assault” by her ex-husband while flying in a private jet.

He also alleges that the plaintiff made multiple requests for a copy of the investigation file in hopes of “to gain a better understanding of the FBI’s investigation and to obtain the information their children need to receive medical care and trauma counseling.”

Sources close to Pitt believe that Jolie filed a lawsuit against the FBI, claiming to have had the requested information for a long time, to bring back media attention to the charges against Pitt. An insider said Pitt was acquitted at the time because there was “not the slightest bit of evidence” to support Angelina’s claims. A source close to the case also confirmed to reporters that Jolie has had the requested documents for six years.

Brad and Angelina became a couple in 2005 when he left his first wife, Jennifer Aniston, for him. In 2014, the actors got married. Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, shortly after the incident on the plane.

Pitt and Jolie have six children: Maddox, 21, Zahara, 17, and Pax, 18, adopted children, and the couple’s biological children, twins Knox and Vivienne, 14, and Shiloh, 16. The former spouses are still suing for custody of the minor children. A Us Weekly insider recently claimed that Pitt privately complained to her friends that the legal battle was going on, and that Angelina suspected she would “never accept joint custody and linger until all the children are 18”. Later, according to Pitt, Jolie will do anything to make sure that the children “don’t want to do anything” with their father when they become adults.
