Jason Blum on his remake of “Exorcist”, Blumhouse’s evolution and his desire to win an Oscar

Blumhouse founder and CEO Jason Blum is in Locarno, where he will receive the Swiss festival’s Raimondo Rezzonico award for best independent producer. TERM: What’s your financial model with low production budgets and high rewards? developed?

TERM: What about Blumhouse’s upcoming remake of Exorcist?

To flourish: I am very excited The exorcist. The first person I approached when we made the film was David Gordon Green. To flourish: I want to win an Oscar. I’ve been nominated three times, but I really want to win an Oscar. I would also like to work with Edgar Wright.
