
In April 2022, the number of deliveries from EU countries to Russia reached the minimum (€2.78 billion). However, June was a month in which performance partially recovered, with exports of goods up 18% (€4.45 billion) compared to May. While the figures are still far from last year’s 7.21 billion euros, this is undoubtedly an application for further growth.
What cannot but please all beauty enthusiasts is that exports of perfumes and cosmetics (mainly decorative and care products) from Europe increased by 38% to €108 million (according to Eurostat) in June. However, the delivery of luxury goods from EU countries to Russia is still prohibited. These include perfumery and cosmetics for more than 300 € per unit.
In addition, pharmaceutical exports increased by 31.5% in June compared to the same month of 2021.
