The idea to combine the French with nails in the style of Hailey Bieber first came to manicurist Quiny Nguyen. He shared it on his social media account last week. “Given how viral the glazed ring nail trend has gone, I wanted to pair the jacket with a timeless French manicure for a modern look,” she told Popsugar magazine.
