In winter, singer Adele decided to buy Sylvester Stallone’s luxury mansion in Beverly Hills. The cost of the house, of course, is impressive – $58 million. But buying a new home turned out to be not as easy for Adele as many thought.
The Daily Mail learned that the singer had to take out a $37.7 million mortgage. Adele now has to make a monthly payment of $227,000 for the next 30 years.

Stallone bought the property in the ’90s. His property has been called “the house that Rocky built”. There are 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, gym, sauna, pool, cigar room, cinema, bar and even an art studio. There is also a two-storey guest house on the site. Initially, Sylvester Stallone auctioned the mansion for $110 million, but no one was willing to buy it. A TMZ source said that even $58 million for it was a “true robbery.”
In May, Adele and her boyfriend (and possibly secret fiancee) Rich Paul moved in after dating for a year. Many suspect that they are planning a wedding soon, as they begin to notice a luxurious ring on the “same” finger with an impressive diamond.

Adele and Rich Paul first started talking about their romance in early July, when the couple appeared together during the NBA Finals. Having been noticed more than once on dates, they did not immediately decide to officially confirm the romance.
