Christina Shekey, who led the Biden administration’s educational efforts to vaccinate against COVID-19 and previously served as First Lady Michelle Obama’s communications director and then starred in Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, joins The Walt Disney Co.

Schake will report to Geoff Morel, the company’s director of corporate affairs.
