Kansas Wins NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship Game in Biggest 2nd Half Comeback in History

The Kansas Jayhawks won tonight’s NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship game against North Carolina Tar Hales 72-69. The Jahocks rallied 15 1/2 and earned 3 points. It was the largest second-half comeback in NCAA gaming history.

Center David McCormick led the Jahuks by 15 points and scored the final goal from the basket.

In a spectacular battle, Tari beat Jayhook 43-31% on his heels, but Kansas defeated North Carolina 47-34.

The battle between the #1 Jayhawks and the #8 Tar Heels went to barbed wire and the leadership changed several times in the last five minutes.

This is the Kansas basketball team’s first national championship since 2008 and the fifth straight tournament to win 1 seed.

The game aired on TBS and got the network’s Charles Barkley right, a notorious handicap. He chose Kansas.
