Kate Moss is one of the most famous British models. She started her career in 1988 when she was 14 years old. Later, when she was still very young, she was accidentally spotted by the director of the Storm Model Management agency. Thanks to this meeting, the star managed to achieve incredible success in modeling.

Throughout her career, Kate Moss has adhered to the rule of “never complain, never explain” (“never complain and explain nothing”). The star did not mention what she had to face while modeling. However, it was unveiled on the Desert Island Discs radio show.
During the interview, the star recalled how she avoided one of her shoots. “I had a terrible experience shooting for a lingerie catalogue. I was only 15 years old. The photographer asked me to take off my top, which I did. But then I was very shy about my body,” the supermodel began. Then she said, “Take off your bra.” But then I felt something was wrong, so I grabbed my stuff and ran. I think it sharpened my instincts,” Kate shared.

Moss also talked about a shoot she did for The Face magazine. Then the star was 16 years old, working with British photographer Corinne Day on the beach of Camber Sands. “I was very shy about my body. She once said, “If you don’t take off your top, I won’t take you off for Elle.” And I cried. It hurts because he was my best friend and I really loved him, but it was very difficult to work with him,” she famously recalls.
“But… the photos are great, so he got what he wanted. I suffered because of them, but in the end they did me a lot of good, really. They changed my career,” Kate concluded.
