Thank you for choosing us. Even though you’re a hero by weight, you’re still quite a baby. Grow as a worthy person, love life, bring peace to people, ”the star wrote on social networks.
And the day before, Todorenko decided to share with her subscribers how her second birth went. The baby was born in one of the Miami clinics, and not only her husband, but also her three-year-old son came to the long-awaited meeting with a new family member.
“I dreamed that we would reunite the baby with the whole family. Mishka was preparing for this event. I was not sure what scenario my birth would develop, but I kept in my head the visualization of what I wanted: water birth, my husband and son are next to me, waiting for a new person, ”Regina Todorenko told her social networks. The TV presenter prepared her son in advance for the fact that during childbirth he can scream, mutter, “inflate like a giant ball”. Meanwhile, during contractions, Regina used a special breathing practice that she worked with during hypnobirthing.
“As I felt the contractions, I warned Michelka that today my mother would be playing different animals, sometimes snarling like a tiger, sometimes murmuring like a cow, and I was going to swell like a big ball. During the contractions, I took very deep breaths using the practice I learned in the hypnobirth course. At these moments, Mishka burst into laughter, she loved her mother’s balloon game, ”Regina admitted.
