New details about the fate of Starbucks in Russia: now restaurateur Anton Pinsky, Timati and the Sindika holding of Senator Arsen Kanokov, who bought the company’s Russian assets, will now become co-owners of the coffee chain.

According to Mash, the deal is already in its final stages. The new owners will receive 130 network facilities and 2,000 employees. We will have to say goodbye to branded Frappuccinos and cakes, as the use of technology and logos is prohibited.

But don’t worry: the new owners promise a place with a cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks. The concept of incorporation is already under development. As for the name, Izvestia reported that Starbucks could be renamed VKCoffee, citing sources in the commercial real estate market.
