At the end of January, Heroic Hollywood, Warner Bros. Joaquin Phoenix’s new Joker will begin filming in 2023. It was also known that the main female role will be played by Lady Gaga. The second episode is called Joker: Folie à Deux, directed by Todd Phillips. Fans of the movie have already deciphered the name and learned that the term Folie à Deux refers to a syndrome when a mental illness is transmitted from one person to another and develops the same symptoms of the illness.

New details about the sequel to Joker, which was released by World of Reel the day before, have surfaced on the Web. As previously suggested, Lady Gaga was supposed to play the role of Harley Quinn, but insiders denied this information. As far as we know, according to the plot of the new “Joker”, the main character played by Joaquin Phoenix escapes from Arkham prison and meets the heroine of Lady Gaga (not Harley Quinn). Sources also add that the next episode of “Joker” will be much more challenging than the movies we are used to from famous comics.
Recall that the first episode aired in 2019 and was nominated for nine Oscars. In two nominations, the picture managed to win – “Best Actor”, shot by Joaquin Phoenix and “Best Soundtrack”.
