“Spiky” bangs like Lydia in “Beetlejuice”: why are Bella Hadid, Alexa Demi and Billy Eilish doing this?

It turns out that 17-year-old Winona Ryder, who plays Beetlejuice’s girlfriend Lydia, is a real inspiration for Hollywood stars even now. Last year, Alex Demi, Billy Eilish, Bella Hadid and now Beyoncé did the hairstyle for the heroine we all remember her.

For the first time in three decades since the film’s release, Bella Hadid appeared with a “prickly” bang at the Haider Ackermann FW 2020/2021 show. The designer sent the model off the runway in a big black shiny fluffy wig and Lydia’s bangs. And with bleached eyebrows, Bella looked like a resident of the underworld.

A year later, with a similar “torn” bang, Alexa Demi appeared in photos for The Cut magazine. Famous Hollywood hair stylist Evany Frausto did this so that the Euphoria star’s hairstyle did not resemble Lydia’s style.

The Euphoria star was followed by Billy Eilish – the singer turned platinum to black and appeared in a new look at the Grammy 2022 festival. While the bangs didn’t look “prickly” enough, the hair pulled back with protruding strands definitely resembled the hairstyle of heroine Winona Ryder.

And even in this love it does not stop there for a strange outburst. Beyoncé was recently featured on the June cover of British Vogue. In Rafael Pavarotti’s photos, the singer poses in golden robes, and her image is complemented by ragged, zigzag bangs.
