Leonardo DiCaprio in Don’t Look Up

Leonardo DiCaprio has decided to skip the Oscars this year, even though Don’t Look Up was among the nominees. Instead he went to New York with his beloved Camila Morrone. There, during an evening walk around Manhattan, they were photographed by the paparazzi last night.

Apparently, the actor flew to New York a few days ago – on March 25, reporters found him at the private jet terminal at Los Angeles Airport. There, Leo had a meeting with Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. The couple, on the contrary, returned to Los Angeles from a vacation in the Bahamas to attend the ceremony, but DiCaprio was waiting for her to leave.

DiCaprio has a long history with Oscars: Leo has been nominated six times in the acting categories since 1994, but only received the statuette once for his role in The Revenant in 2016. The actor’s last nomination was for his role in Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood in 2020. This year, the movie “Don’t Look Up”, in which Leo played one of the main roles, was nominated for an Oscar in several categories, including Best Picture, but did not receive any. DiCaprio himself was not nominated this year, so he skipped the ceremony in a calm spirit.
