It’s time to bring out the umbrellas! Forecasters warned Muscovites about a long rainy period starting next week.

From Monday 20 October to Sunday 26 October the capital will see a flurry of precipitation, so don’t forget to take a raincoat or umbrella with you.
During the day the temperature will be between plus four and plus seven degrees. At night, thermometers will drop to plus 2 to plus 5 degrees. A slight warming is expected from the weekend, when the temperature rises to plus nine degrees.
“The next week will be stormy and relatively warm, like October – there will be some rain every day. At night, thermometers range from plus two to plus five, during the day from plus four to plus seven,” weather forecaster Evgeny Tishkovets said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
By the way, it was already known that the coming winter would be much colder than the previous one. Residents of the European part of the country, the Urals and Siberia will especially feel the cold weather. We wrote more about this here.
