According to Page Six, the ex-girlfriend of Cardi B’s boyfriend Stefon Diggs has filed a lawsuit against him, alleging harassment.
Mulan Hernandez filed a lawsuit against the NFL star after he accused her of assault in February. In the lawsuit filed in Houston, Hernandez denied Diggs’ allegations and said he was the one who was physically aggressive during their relationship in 2024.
Mulan said Stephon, 31, allegedly attacked her from behind and shot her in the back of the head on June 7, 2024. As a result of the alleged incident, the television presenter suffered a concussion. He alleged that Diggs “tried to force him to sign a confidentiality agreement to prevent his malicious and egregious actions from being known to the NFL and the public.” The defender allegedly acted “crazy” and sent an assistant to Houston to persuade Hernandez to sign a confidentiality agreement.
According to the lawsuit, Hernandez is seeking to pay him between $250,000 and $1 million in damages for physical and emotional damages as well as medical bills.
Rumors about the star’s romance with the athlete first surfaced in early 2025, and in May the couple officially confirmed their relationship by appearing together at an NBA game. Despite rumors of a separation online over the summer, Cardi and Stefon continued to appear together and even made witty comments to each other on social networks. Cardi recently confirmed on CBS Mornings that she is pregnant with Diggs’ baby.
