In winter, most of us are familiar with the feeling of apathy and eternal fatigue. However, the solution to this problem has been found!
Blogger Gabriel Koff has developed an unconventional system to help stay productive throughout the cold season.

Gabrielle Kof divided Winter into four phases with a total of 176 days (September 28 – March 21) and detailed how to use each period effectively.
The first phase lasts 37 days and runs from September 28 to November 2. This is a time of smooth transition from summer activity when we are still full of energy. During this period, you need to enjoy the atmospheric moments of autumn. Therefore, it’s time to put on your favorite jacket, grab a cup of coffee and go for a walk in the park.
Then the second phase (49 days from November 2 to December 21). During this period, it is important to establish a daily routine and develop discipline, then it will be much easier to survive the harsh winter.

The third stage is the most difficult. It lasts 77 days: starts on December 21st and ends on March 8th. According to Gabrielle, the most difficult thing right now is to deal with apathy. However, do not give up and succumb to seasonal spleen. A clear daily routine and SO -Called Dopamine menu will help motivate return.
The fourth phase (March 8-21) becomes a period of revival – this is the perfect time to start introducing new habits or engaging in hobbies.
By the way, seasonal spleen can begin much earlier than September. If you’ve already felt like a squeezed lemon in August, the “August Numbness” probably has you covered. Learn more about this.
