Researchers from Texas Technology University showed an unusual connection between dehydration and a sense of fatigue. Reported by CCM.

It turns out that even a slight lack of water in the body can lead to insomnia and fatigue after waking up despite sleep time.
During the experiment attended by 18 students, scientists followed the level of hydration and sleep quality. In the event of a dehydration, it was revealed that the participants experienced difficulties in falling asleep and at the same time felt fatigue compared to the days when a normal water balance was respected after falling asleep.
Thus, scientists revealed the pattern between dehydration and sleep quality. It is known that researchers plan to continue to examine this problem in order to understand how the water balance affects the immune system.
