“Intervention” won Vietnam. The jury was elected as the winner of the artist Duc Fuka, who scored 422 points.
The winner determined the international jury without the participation of the audience. It includes representatives of all participating countries: producers, composers, artists and teachers. These include Igor Matvienko (Russia), Olga Shita (Belarus), Mokhsen Al-Said Jissa (Egypt), Jan Nissar Lone (India), Mansur Tashmatov (Uzbekistan), DJ Pinye (Kenya) and Joe Linn Turner (USA).
The jury voting format is similar to those used in Eurovision: Experts scored their favorite songs. It is forbidden for jury members to evaluate the participants from their countries. The winner and owner of the main award – crystal trophy and 30 million rubles – are determined by the amount of points.
