Sarajevo Film Festival unveils nominees for its second annual television award

The Sarajevo International Film Festival has announced the nominees for its second annual Television Awards with 17 series from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Slovenia in nominations.

The local award series are: Lawyer, Kiss 2, block 27, black wedding, a strange kind of love, roge dolina, wake up, Lenin Park, crazy, confused, normal, less than 2, Mrkomir I., bloody blood, The last socialist artifact, United Brothers, My father’s killers, Shut up Y the time of evil.

This year, the prize categories have been expanded to include drama and comedy series, with the winners receiving the Heart Award of the Sarajevo Festival, a prize usually awarded to the winner of the festival competition.

The Sarajevo Film Festival last year awarded television series awards aimed at promoting and broadcasting the highest quality regional television series over the past 12 months to facilitate their international positioning. The awards will be evaluated by more than 400 film professionals from the region.

The Sarajevo Film Festival will take place from 12 to 19 August.
