Victor Tsoi’s cult wall on Arbat was again the center of attention, but this time the reason was not the fan inscriptions or graffiti.

City Services began to paint the monument. The organizer of the study, Kristina Zhuravlev, said the TSOI wall was restored to the upcoming birthday of the musician celebrated on June 21st. So, part of the wall is already painted in a new, light shade.

It should be noted that this does not change the TSOI wall for the first time. In 2019, the fans of Dynamo Football Club tried to bring graffiti and in the spring of this year, Rapçi Pasha fans made similar initiatives.
