It’s time for detectives to check their lists of lover. On the eve of the V season, Russian detective awards, leading publishers and book networks shared the statistics of detective literature sales.
Popular publishers say that detectives occupy 12-15% in total fiction volume. The leadership of niche aspects continues to be “comfortable” detectives, psychological tension films, historical and mystical stories.
However, the absolute leader of the rating was Detective Peter Boland “Killing and Kexiki. The detective agency describes the “Help Store” and tells the investigation of three elderly women in the British town.
In addition to the general trends, Rossiyskaya Gazeta explained the short list of popular detective works according to the Russian detective film card:

The rating was compiled on the basis of the sales of leading book market players for the period between May 1, 2024 – 30 April 2025.
