The penalty cases from Alisher Morgenstern was officially completed. It is reported by TASS.
As the interlocutor stated by the agency: “Regarding the rapper, executive procedures were closed to save the fine of 40 thousand rubles to violate the law of foreign agents.” The reason for the adoption of such a decision has not been named. At the official base of the Federal Executive Officer, records were taken on 24 January.
Previously, at the beginning of 2025, the artist’s property was arrested due to violations and the rapper himself was put on the searched list.
Recall that the criminal case (avoidance of duties stipulated by the legislation on foreign representatives) in accordance with Chapter 2 of Article 330.1 of the Russian Federation Penal Code was launched in September last year. This article foresees maximum punishment up to two years imprisonment.
According to the investigation, Morgenstern*, not late on March 21, 2024, published materials without showing that it was created or widespread by a foreign agent. The rapper was included in the record of foreign agents in May 2022.
