It will be even hotter on Friday – until +19 and already in Moscow on Saturday to +20 degrees!
However, remember that the first half of the week will really be “capricious”. The weather forecast also warned that it poured rain and wind up to 17 m/s in Moscow and the region. Tuesday afternoon it will only be +10 and will be up to +15 on Wednesday, but will not be hot due to strong wind. So it is still better to remove umbrellas.
