German singer Alice Merton, known for its 2017 No Roots, filed a lawsuit against Kanye West at the Federal Court of California. It is reported by Variety.
In a statement, Merton claims that the rapper uses 2022. Blindsy’s songs on the base of my head on the Vultures album two years later. The singer claims that he was shocked and humiliated by getting information about the use of his music by West. In February 2024, through alien music services, the artist returned to the UNG publisher Merton with a request for permission to samp the same song.
